Hi.  Thanks to lots and lots of hard work by Sue Hawthorne and Simon Davies we are now able to vote on whether to incorporate the club – for it to become a limited company.

Please see the rationale for doing so, the Articles of Association and the Bye Laws.  These can still be amended and will be reviewed by a lawyer. Please note I am not intending to print  copies of these out for everyone for the AGM.
