You need to be a member of British Canoeing to compete at most events. Adults can enter one event on what is called a day ticket and costs a few pounds which provides insurance for that one event before needing to join.

All club juniors under the age of 18 are automatically members of British Canoeing. All we have to do is issue a Club Number. Sue Hawthorn maintains the numbering. suehawthorn@btinternet.com

Juniors who get promoted to Sprint Girls or Boys C or above or Marathon Div 6 or above need to join British Canoeing in their own right to continue to compete. The link to join is shown below. http://www.canoe-england.org.uk/membership/
