Please come and join us for a morning of racing on Sunday 22nd January
It would be good to see a good turnout of Worcester paddlers along with paddlers from other clubs. Download printable version of these details here: january-race-morning
These races can be used as evidence for juniors wishing to be considered for GENT along with the regional duathlons and Nottingham time trials.
Two / Three Races
2Km circuit race followed by
6Km circuit race (3 laps) including portage if river level allows
Optional 3rd Race 2km if sufficient demand …. or more!!!
Just a 10 minute paddle around between races to recover.
Late addition – For those who are really keen racing will be followed by either a long paddle or a run depending on river level and temperature – bring an extra set of kit and running shoes if you are keen.

For river level look at https://worcestercanoeclub.org/river-levels/
Anything above 1.1m is over the wooden landing stage and the river is getting more challenging especially with rowing boats around on a Sunday morning.
